What thickness of polycarbonate roofing sheet do I need?
It depends on span and load, not only roof type. As a starting point: corrugated 0.8–1.5 mm for sheds and carports, multiwall 6–10 mm for pergolas and greenhouses, 16–25 mm multiwall where insulation matters. Send purlin spacing and expected wind/snow load and we confirm thickness before quoting.
How long do polycarbonate roofing sheets last outdoors?
Specified UV-protected outdoor sheets may carry a written warranty of up to 10 years, subject to product, installation and environment terms. With the UV side facing the sun and correct fixing details, typical outdoor service life is well beyond the warranty period.
What sheet sizes can you produce?
Standard width is 2,100 mm for solid and multiwall sheets; corrugated profiles follow fixed profile widths. Length is cut to order within container limits. Custom widths are possible at volume — share your cutting list for a yield check.
What is the MOQ and production lead time?

Which colors are available?
Clear, opal/white, bronze, blue, green and grey are standard; heat-control and custom colors can be matched at volume. Light transmission targets should be confirmed together with color and structure.
Is polycarbonate roofing resistant to hail?
Polycarbonate has roughly 200× the impact strength of glass and stays impact-resistant from −40 °C to +120 °C, which is why it is specified for hail-exposed roofs, skylights and safety glazing.

What thickness polycarbonate should I use for a carport roof?
Choose it from the purlin spacing, not the roof area. 6 mm twin-wall spans 800–900 mm between purlins and suits a general carport; 10 mm spans 1,000–1,100 mm and is the usual pick where snow is occasional; in 50-year snow above 1.5 kPa step up to 16 mm triple-wall or reduce the spacing. Corrugated 0.8–1.5 mm is the lightest and cheapest option for open carports and sheds in mild climates.
